Selection Criteria:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the building materials / construction products industry (preferably PPR, Pex or related products).
· Strong knowledge and network with MEP contractors, consultants, and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
· Good experience with PPR/PEX piping approvals, submittals, and project sales.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Arabic language proficiency is preferred; English is mandatory
· Willingness to travel across KSA when required.
· Valid KSA driving license
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the KSA market.
· Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to increase market share.
· Manage and expand relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key customers.
· Secure product approvals with consultant/vendor lists.
· Conduct regular market analysis and provide feedback on competition, pricing, and market trends.
· Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to management.
· Support and follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from clients.
